Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using Soka365, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, the football content on the platform remains fully usable without an account — an account is required only for the personal features these terms govern: favourites, preferences and alerts.

Soka365 is a football information platform: match data, competitions, teams, players, standings and related intelligence, presented as recorded rather than predicted. Where the platform states a fact about football, it is grounded in a recorded source; where it is not, the platform says so rather than filling the gap with a guess.

An account is passwordless: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, so there is no password to choose, forget, reuse or have leaked from this platform. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, since it is how the platform verifies who you are.

Registering requires accepting these Terms of Service and the Privacy Notice.

What you declare — favourites, preferences, consent, the reports you file — remains yours. You can see everything the platform holds about you, export it as one file, withdraw any consent purpose individually, reset your declarations, or erase your account permanently, at any time, from Settings. See the Privacy Notice for what each of those controls does.

• Do not attempt to access another reader’s account or personal data.
• Do not use automated means to scrape, extract or reproduce the platform’s data at scale outside of any interface or access the platform explicitly offers for that purpose.
• Do not submit a report or any other content that is false, abusive or unlawful.
• Do not attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with a security or access control on the platform.

Where the platform lets you submit content — for example, a report about something on the platform — you remain responsible for it. It is not published or shown to another reader, and the platform does not record who else submitted something similar about the same subject.

Soka365 presents football data as accurately as its recorded sources allow, and states plainly where a fact is absent, refused or unavailable rather than guessing. The platform does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
